Overview
The Network Insights (Dashboard) page provides a high-level, real-time view of the selected network. It helps administrators quickly understand network health, device status, client activity, traffic usage, alerts, and geographical distribution from a single screen.
This page is the default landing page after selecting a network.

Dashboard Components
The Dashboard is divided into multiple sections, each providing specific insights into the network.
1. Summary Tiles
Located at the top of the page, these tiles show key network metrics:
● Total Devices
Displays the total number of network devices added and active in the selected network.
Includes gateways, access points, and switches.
● Total Clients
Shows the total number of clients currently connected to the network.
Includes both wired and wireless clients.
● Total Alerts
Displays the number of active alerts generated in the network.
Alerts can be part of all categories, Network, Device and Clients.
Note: Clicking on alerts redirects users to detailed alert or log views (if enabled).
2. Time Range Selection
Allows users to view network data for a specific time window.
Options include:
Now (real-time view)
Custom date and time range (via calendar selector)
3. Throughput Section ( Refer to Figure 1 )
Tabs Available:
Throughput
Clients Graph
Connected Clients
Throughput Graph
Displays Upstream and Downstream traffic usage over time.
Helps identify peak usage periods and bandwidth trends.
Client Graph
The Clients Graph tab displays network traffic trends generated by client activity over a selected time period. It visualizes upstream and downstream bandwidth usage associated with connected clients.
Connected Clients
The Connected Clients tab displays the number of clients connected to the network over time. This graph helps administrators understand client connection trends and how clients are distributed across network devices.
4. Clients Devices Chart
Visual representation of client distribution across devices based on Client type (windows, Android etc)
5. Network SSIDs
This section displays all configured SSIDs for the selected network.
Columns:
Name – SSID name
Security – Authentication method (e.g., PSK2)
Clients – Number of clients connected to the SSID
Band Indicators:
2.4 GHz
5 GHz
Dual Band
These labels help identify which frequency bands are enabled for each SSID.

6. Top 5 Devices by Usage (Refer to Figure 2)
Displays the top five (Pronto) devices based on data utilization.
Usage is split into:
UP – Upload traffic
DOWN – Download traffic
This helps in:
Identifying high-usage Pronto devices
Troubleshooting bandwidth bottlenecks
7. Top 5 Clients by Usage (Refer to Figure 2)
Displays the top five clients consuming the most bandwidth.
Traffic is shown separately for upload and download.
Useful for:
Monitoring heavy users
Identifying abnormal client behavior
8. Network Map View
Located at the bottom of the Dashboard.
Features:
Map / Satellite toggle
Displays geographic locations of:
Network devices
This view is helpful for:
Visualizing device deployment
Managing geographically distributed networks
