Overview
The Clients page provides visibility into all connected and historical clients within the selected network. It allows administrators to monitor client status, connection type, usage, associated devices, and perform client-level actions such as Block/Unblock access, Rename the client.

Page Controls & Filters
Live / Date Range
Live: Displays clients currently connected to the network in real time.
Choose Date Range: Allows viewing client data for a specific historical time window.
Client Summary Filters
Located at the top of the page:
Total – Total number of clients
LAN – Number of wired clients
Wireless – Number of wireless clients
Clicking on any filter updates the client list accordingly.
Search
Filter out the available result on page by using Search option to show more selective output
Search clients using:
MAC address
Host name
IP address
Client View Filter
The Client View Filter allows administrators to control which clients are displayed in the table.
Available options:
All Clients – Displays all clients (connected and historical)
Connected Clients – Displays only currently connected clients
Named Clients – Displays clients that have a recognized or assigned name
Blocked Clients – Displays clients that are currently blocked from network access
Selecting an option dynamically updates the client list.
Column Management
The Columns option allows users to customize which client details are visible in the table.
Features:
Select or deselect individual columns
Use the All option to quickly enable or disable all columns
Displays the number of enabled columns (e.g., Columns (12/12))
Clients Table
The main table displays detailed information for each client.
Table Columns
● Status
Indicates client connection status:
UP – Client is currently connected
(Other states may appear based on client activity)
● Last seen
Indicates the most recent time the client was active on the network.
● Client MAC
MAC address of the client device.
● Host Name
Device hostname (if available).
Displays manufacturer or generic name if hostname is not detected.
● Client Type
Indicates the operating system or device type (e.g., Android, iOS, Windows).
● Client Profile
Shows whether the client is:
Known
Unknown (if applicable)
● Manufacturer
Displays device manufacturer information (if available).
● IP Address
IP address assigned to the client.
● Network Device
Shows the gateway or access point to which the client is connected.
Clicking the device redirects to the Network Device details page.
● SSID / Wired
Displays
SSID name for wireless clients
Wired indication for LAN clients
Band indicators:
2.4 GHz
5 GHz
● Signal / Port
Displays signal strength for wireless clients / port details for wired clients (if applicable).
● Usage (Up / Down)
Displays data usage for the client:
Up – Upload traffic
Down – Download traffic
● Action
Available actions for the client.
Example:
Block – Prevents the client from accessing the network.
Note: Available actions may vary based on client type and user permissions.
Pagination
Displays total client count and current page.
Allows selecting the number of entries per page (e.g., 10 / page).
Client Details Panel
When a user clicks on a Client MAC address in the Clients table, a Client Details side panel opens on the right side of the screen. This panel provides real-time and historical information about the selected client.
Client Summary
At the top of the panel, the following client details are displayed:
Client Name – Display name of the client (editable, if supported)
MAC Address – Unique hardware address of the client
IP Address – IP address assigned to the client
Device Type – Connection type (Wired or Wireless)
Original Name – Original hostname detected by the network
Last Seen Time – Time since the client was last active
Client Events
Provides access to client-specific events.
Events help in identifying client connection and activity history.
Client Throughput
Displays the real-time and historical bandwidth usage of the selected client.
Controls:
All – Displays combined upload and download traffic
Upload – Displays upload traffic only
Download – Displays download traffic only
Live / Choose Date Range – Allows switching between real-time and historical views
Metrics Displayed:
Upload speed (KB/s)
Download speed (KB/s)
Time-based traffic graph
This helps administrators monitor client bandwidth usage and troubleshoot performance issues.
Live Events
Displays real-time events related to the selected client.
Common event types may include:
Client connected
Client disconnected
DHCP lease events
If no live events are available, the section displays No data.
Most Recent Events
Displays client-related events from the last 24 hours.
Columns:
Event Name – Type of event
Last Seen – Relative time since the event occurred
Time (IST) – Exact timestamp of the event
