Organization NOC Dashboard – Overview
The Organization Dashboard provides a centralized, high-level view of all networks within the organization. It enables administrators to monitor overall network health, device availability, uplink status, client connectivity, and quality of experience across multiple networks from a single screen.
This dashboard is designed for NOC teams and administrators to quickly identify network issues, outages, and degraded performance at an organization level.

1. Quality of Experience (QoE)
This section provides visibility into networks experiencing degraded performance.
Networks with Reduced QoE
Displays the number of networks with reduced Quality of Experience.
Shows the count relative to the total number of networks in the organization.
Primary Uplink Down
ISP Down
Indicates the number of networks where the primary ISP is down.Networks
Shows how many networks are impacted due to primary uplink failure.
Managed Clients
Displays total managed clients.
Shows the number of:
Offline clients
Online LAN clients
Online wireless clients
This section helps quickly identify user impact due to network or uplink issues.
2. Networks Health Overview
This section provides a summary of all networks and their current operational state.
Network Status Tiles
Online
Number of networks currently operational.Offline
Networks that are unreachable or down.Impaired
Networks experiencing partial outages or degraded performance.Dormant
Networks that are inactive or not reporting.
Network Health Indicator
Displays overall network health trend.
Includes health percentage for the last 24 hours.
3. Device Status Summary
This section provides device-level insights across all networks.
Routers
Displays total routers in the organization.
Indicates how many routers are up or down.
WAN Status
Shows WAN connectivity state.
Indicates routers operating on cellular or primary WAN.
LAN Ports in Use
Displays the number of active LAN ports.
Helps identify unused or inactive LAN interfaces.
Switches
Displays total switches.
Indicates active vs down switches.
Access Points
Displays total access points.
Indicates access points that are currently down.
Device Models
Shows device models associated with switches and access points.
Highlights models with down devices.
4. Networks Table
Located at the bottom of the page, this table provides a detailed, per-network view.
Table Features
Search :- Allows searching networks by name.
Sortable Columns :- Enables sorting by health, devices, or status.

Shows uplink state (Primary / Secondary).
