Network List

Overview

The Network List page displays all networks created under the selected organization in the Pronto Cloud Controller.

Network List Table of Content (Main Section)

Under this Table you can find all created/available networks including their Name, Time Zone, Network Template, No of attached Devices, Tags

Columns explained:

  • Name
    Displays the network name

  • Time zone
    Time zone configured for that network

  • Network Template ( Yes/No)

    • Indicates whether the network is created from a template.

    • Values:

    Yes → Network inherits configuration from a template

    No → Standalone network

  • Template

    • Shows the template name if the network is linked to one.

    • If blank → network is not template-based.

  • No. of Device(s)
    Total number of devices added to that network

  • Tags
    User-defined metadata labels.

  • Used for:

    • Filtering networks

    • Bulk operations

    • Logical grouping (e.g., Test, POC, Customer name)

Tags do not affect configuration or behavior.

  • External GUID
    External unique identifier


Action

Available actions per network:

  • ✏️ Edit – Modify network settings

  • 🗑️ Delete – Remove network (only possible if no devices are assigned)

Bulk Action

The Bulk Actions option allows administrators to perform common operations on multiple selected networks directly from the Network List view.

To use Bulk Actions:

  • Select one or more networks using the checkbox

  • Click Bulk Actions from the top-right corner

Add or Remove Network Tags

This option allows adding or removing tags across multiple networks simultaneously.

  • Multiple tags can be selected or created.

  • Changes are applied to all selected networks at once.

Delete Network

This option allows deletion of the selected network(s).

  • The selected network name is displayed for confirmation.

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important:

  • Networks cannot be deleted if devices (APs/Gateways) are assigned.

  • All devices must be unassigned or moved before deletion.
