Network Devices Page (Old UI)

The Network Devices page provides a detailed overview of all devices (Router / Access Points) within a selected network.


1. Accessing the Page

  1. Go to NOC Dashboard

  2. Select the required Network

  3. Navigate to Monitor → Network Devices

You will see a list of all devices associated with that network.

2. Device Information Displayed

Each row represents one device and includes the following details:

• Name

Displays the device name (clickable).

• MAC Address

Unique hardware identifier of the device.

• Serial

Device serial number.

• Firmware Version

Shows the current firmware installed on the device.

• Last HB (Heartbeat)

Indicates the last time the device communicated with the controller.

• Activated On

Date when the device was first activated.

• Channel Information

Displays the wireless channels currently in use:

  • 2.4 GHz Channel

  • 5 GHz Channel

This helps identify RF configuration and channel assignment.

• Connected Clients

Shows number of clients connected on:

  • 2.4 GHz

  • 5 GHz

  • VLAN (if applicable)

Useful for checking device load and client distribution.

• Tags

If configured, tags assigned to the device will appear here.
Tags help organize or group devices.


• External GUID

Displays the external reference ID (if mapped via integration or bulk upload).


7. Page Controls

  • Records per page – Adjust number of devices displayed.

  • Search – Quickly find a device using name or MAC.

  • Pagination – Navigate between pages if multiple devices exist.
