Overview
The Tools section provides built-in diagnostic utilities to help troubleshoot network and device-level issues.

1. Accessing the Tools Page
Go to NOC Dashboard
Select the required Network
Navigate to Monitor β Tools
You will see multiple diagnostic tool options at the top.

2. Available Tools
The following tools are available:
πΉ PING
Used to test connectivity between a selected device and a target IP/Host.
Fields:
Select Device
IP Address / Host
Actions:
Ping
Trace Route
Results are displayed in the response window below.

πΉ DNS Lookup
Used to verify DNS resolution from the selected device.
Enter a domain name to check its resolved IP address.

πΉ Packet Capture
Captures network traffic from the selected device for analysis.
Useful for advanced troubleshooting.
Fileters:
IP Protocol: Select Protocol you want to capture (TCP/UDP/ICMP)
Host: Any specific Host
MAC: MAC based filtering to capture the traffic
Port: select any destination port you want to capture the traffic

πΉ ARP Table
Displays the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) table of the device.
Helps verify IP-to-MAC mappings.
Upstream: Gateway ARP information (All Uplinks)
Client: All Client ARP information

πΉ Speed Test
Performs an internet speed test from the selected device.
Shows upload and download performance.

πΉ AT Command
Used for sending AT commands to cellular-enabled routers.
Helpful for SIM, signal, and modem diagnostics.

πΉ Wi-Fi Scan
Scans nearby Wi-Fi networks.
Displays:
SSID
Channel
Signal strength
Band (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz)
Useful for interference analysis and channel planning.

Select the required Tool
Choose the Device
Enter required input (IP, domain, etc.)
Click the appropriate action button
View results in the output window
