Overview

The Tools section provides built-in diagnostic utilities to help troubleshoot network and device-level issues.

1. Accessing the Tools Page

  1. Go to NOC Dashboard

  2. Select the required Network

  3. Navigate to Monitor β†’ Tools

You will see multiple diagnostic tool options at the top.

Captures network traffic from the selected device for analysis.
Useful for advanced troubleshooting.

Fileters:

  • IP Protocol: Select Protocol you want to capture (TCP/UDP/ICMP)

  • Host: Any specific Host

  • MAC: MAC based filtering to capture the traffic

  • Port: select any destination port you want to capture the traffic

  2. Choose the Device

  3. Enter required input (IP, domain, etc.)

  4. Click the appropriate action button

  5. View results in the output window
