Reports Page (Old UI)
The Reports page allows administrators to generate, manage, and download network performance and usage reports.
1. Accessing the Page
Login to portal
Navigate to Monitor → Reports
Select the required Network from the left panel
2. Report Configuration Section
At the top of the page:
🔹 Report Type
Select one or multiple report types (example: 8 selected shown in screenshot).
Common report types include:
Top 5 APs by Usage
Top 5 Clients by Usage
Usage per SSID
Number of Connected Clients
AP List
AP Downtime
Uplink Usage by AP
Multiple reports can be generated at once.
🔹 Download Type
Choose output format:
PDF
Excel
(CSV may also be available)
🔹 Time Period
Select the date range for which the report should be generated.
🔹 Send Notification
Enter a user name/email to receive a notification once the report is ready.
🔹 Action Buttons
Generate – Starts report generation
Cancel – Clears configuration
3. Report List Section
Below the configuration area, the Report List displays previously generated reports.
Columns Visible:
Report – Report name/type
Generated For – Date range
Created At – Timestamp (UTC)
Actions – Available download formats
4. Download Options (As Seen in Screenshot)
When a report is ready, the Actions column displays download links such as:
📄 PDF
📊 CSV
📗 Excel
If multiple formats were selected during generation, all will appear.
5. Pagination & Search
Select number of records per page
Use search bar to find specific reports
Navigate using page numbers (Previous / Next)
7. Purpose
The Reports page is used for:
✔ Bandwidth monitoring
✔ Client usage analysis
✔ SSID performance tracking
✔ AP health & downtime analysis
✔ Administrative reporting
