Activity Log Overview

The Activity Log page provides a detailed audit trail of user actions and system activities across networks.

It helps administrators track configuration changes, report generation, user logins, and other system events.

1. Accessing the Activity Log

  1. Login to the Portal

  2. Navigate to Monitor β†’ Activity Log

2. Filters Section

At the top of the page, you can filter activity records using:

πŸ”Ή Time Period

  • Select a custom date range to view activities within a specific timeframe.

πŸ”Ή Select User

  • Filter activities by a specific user or view logs for All Users.

πŸ”Ή Select Network

View activity logs for:

  • A specific network

  • All Networks

πŸ”Ή Select Activity

Filter by general activity category.

πŸ”Ή Select Activity Type

Filter by specific activity types (e.g., login, create, update, delete).

After selecting filters, click Filter to apply.

3. Activity List Table

The lower section displays activity records in tabular format.

Table Columns:

  • Activity Performed By – Email of the user

  • Activity Performed At – Date & time (UTC)

  • Activity Type – Type of action (e.g., login, create, logout)

  • Activity On – Object affected (User, Report, Logging, etc.)

  • Network – Network where action occurred

  • Activity Description – Detailed log information
