Organization Settings – Configuration Guide (Pronto Cloud)


Overview

The Organization Settings page allows administrators to define and manage the name of their organization in the Pronto Cloud Controller.

This setting helps in:

  • Identifying multiple organizations easily

  • Managing users and networks under the correct organization

  • Maintaining proper cloud hierarchy and administration control


Navigation Path

Login to Pronto Cloud Controller

Go to:

Configure → Organization → Settings


How to Configure Organization Name

Step 1: Open Organization Settings

  • From the left navigation panel click Configure

  • Under the Organization section select Settings

This will open the Organization Settings page


Step 2: Enter Organization Name

  • In the Organization Name field, enter the desired name

Example:

Stanford
Head Office Network
Retail Chain USA

This name will represent your entire cloud organization.


Step 3: Save Configuration

  • Click the Update button

The organization name will now be updated across the controller.


Important Notes

✅ Organization name helps in identifying the correct tenant in multi-organization environments
✅ It does not affect network connectivity or device performance
✅ Only users with administrative privileges can modify this setting
✅ Recommended to use clear and meaningful naming for better management
