7. Verify Device Readiness
Before starting the upgrade, the system automatically performs a precheck to ensure the device is ready.
Successful Precheck
If the device is ready, the following message is displayed:
Device is ready for upgrade
The Upgrade button becomes enabled, allowing you to proceed.
Failed Precheck
If the device does not pass the precheck, an error message is displayed.

8. Start the Firmware Upgrade
Once the device passes the precheck:
Verify the selected firmware version.
Click Upgrade.
The system immediately initiates the firmware upgrade process.
Note: During the upgrade, ensure that the device remains powered on and connected to the network. Interrupting the upgrade may result in an incomplete firmware installation.
9. Monitor the Upgrade
After clicking Upgrade, monitor the device status to verify that the firmware installation completes successfully.
10. Important Notes
Firmware upgrades typically take 10–15 minutes to complete.
Do not power off or disconnect the device during the upgrade.
Ensure the device has a stable internet connection throughout the upgrade process.
If a precheck fails, resolve the reported issue before attempting the upgrade again.
After the upgrade completes, verify that the device is online and running the expected firmware version.
