Under Organization> Notification Group, a user can create groups they would like to notify when an event occurs.
Once groups are created, they can be assigned across the cloud controller to features such as Alerts.
- To create a group, enter a Group Name. Select a Type: Email, Mobile, or Email and Mobile. 
- Select Organization Users, External Email of users, and/or External Mobile of users (Please note, this requires SMS activation under Organization>Gateway Settings tabs). 
- Press the green Create button to create the Notification Group. 
You can edit or delete groups under the Notification Group List.
