Under Organization> Notification Group, a user can create groups they would like to notify when an event occurs.
Once groups are created, they can be assigned across the cloud controller to features such as Alerts.
To create a group, enter a Group Name. Select a Type: Email, Mobile, or Email and Mobile.
Select Organization Users, External Email of users, and/or External Mobile of users (Please note, this requires SMS activation under Organization>Gateway Settings tabs).
Press the green Create button to create the Notification Group.
You can edit or delete groups under the Notification Group List.
