The Gateway Settings page allows an admin to create SMS or Email groups. Once configured you can send email or text alerts to these groups. For more details on how to configure an alert and assign a notification group to a specific alert, please refer to the alerts support document.
To Configure Gateway Settings:
Select either SMS or Email as the Gateway Type.
Set the Status to Enable or Disable.
For SMS, provide the Account ID, SMS Number, and Authentication Token.
For Email, provide the Address, Port, Domain Name, Authentication Type, Username, and Password
Once you are done configuring the group, click Create
